This Westchester neighbor is not surprised by this resolution. It's just more evidence of the complete snow job the gas operators have managed to do on most all of Grand Prairie's city leaders. Hats off to all the successful gas operators drilling, fracking and building industrial zones in Grand Prairie and its extra territorial jurisdictions. Job well done!
