Thank you Westchester for paying attention to the little details. If these operators are out of compliance in small things, how can we trust them with more serious matters that could potentially cause serious public health risks?

ReplyDeleteBy the way, Westchester, how many acres are included on that lease? I'm due for an eye exam, so maybe I'm just not seeing it [squint.] Shouldn't the sign clearly state that?
Good catch, Fish Creek Neighbor!! As it states at the link above and as Item #1:

(1) A sign shall be posted at the principal entrance to each such property which shall show the name by which the property is commonly known and is carried on the records of the commission, the name of the operator, and the number of acres in the property.

We happen to know the acreage based on what the Railroad Commission of TX is showing in the Completion Paperwork. We will add that to this blog post, shortly.
